Everyone loves when Cindy Lou Who helps the Grinch grow his heart back. And some of us have our own personal Cindy Lou Who’s. Maybe it is an author, an inspirational leader, a family member or friend.  Or perhaps that inspiration to remain open and vulnerable comes from listening within to your own inner wisdom.  

One thing for sure is, growing your heart creates a magical shift in your life and the lives of those you touch. 

The key is to stay open. And Empaths and sensitives know a thing or two about being open, to not let old hurts or hatreds scar or shrink the flow of love we have to give and receive.  

That openness is what is healing. And as we do it for ourselves, energetically we are encouraging others to do the same.  

Now isn’t that a yummy thought this holiday?
Imagine our world truly experiencing that connection… heart to heart to heart.
Let it begin with each of us.

Today’s Holiday Tip: This holiday season note when you are presented with an opportunity to offer a kindness  to another soul. It will bless you both! And at the end of each day, be sure to pay attention to your self-care quota, in case you need a little extra boost of yummy energy so that you can continue to bless those around you by showing up.

Self-care is never selfish. Fill up your cup and serve from the overflow.
