28/02/2017 | eaglespi | Leave a comment My goodness once we get over worrying about our physical bodies being ‘perfect’ enough, suddenly it is suggested that our chakras aren’t spinning in the right direction, or our energies aren’t in alignment with the moon’s rhythm or… you get the gist right? Somehow we carry our quest to be loveable into our spiritual search. Suddenly we become workshop junkies, or ‘spiritual sluts’ as my friend Mary calls it – going from guru to guru and program to program trying to ‘get it right.’ Now this might sound counter intuitive for someone like myself who is in the alternative health and wellness field, but I need to tell you this now. I think you need to hear this. And I know that once you get it, you will no longer need to work with me because truly the focus of my work is to help you remember how wonderful you are. Ready? You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection. ~ Buddha You are perfect. You are a divine child of God/Goddess/Spirit.. whatever word you choose to use to describe All That Is. Got it? Every last bit of you. And it seems to me the whole reason we have come together in this moment is to remind each other of this truth as we embrace the knowing within. You are loved. You are loveable. You are worthy and deserving. Please, I invite you to embrace the Golden Rule with the understanding that the kinder and more compassionate you are with yourself, the easier it will be to treat others well too. And folks, we need a whole lot more love going round about now. Fill your heart with love and then let it shine. You will bless us all.
