Sometimes you have to “check under the hood” to keep running smoothly.  And the great news is YOU can do it wherever you are right now. The key is to do it regularly. Let me explain what I mean.

We get our cars tuned up regularly but may forget to give the same regular care to our own bodies. Problem is, just like the car, at some point it starts to putt, putt and poof.. STOP. Usually just when you want to go do something!!

Your body is the physical vehicle that you use to move from place to place and activity to activity each day. Mindful awareness does the body good. Listening within to hear what it needs makes the travel so much more easy and comfortable.

Need a quick maintenance checklist?
1. Rest when you are tired.
2. Eat when you are hungry.
3. Drink when you are thirsty.

This mindful awareness is a way to love and respect the Self. When the body is relaxed and comfortable, the mind can be relaxed and comfortable too. This makes it easier to meet any stressful situations that may be happening around you. Trust me. 🙂
